Are your colours accurate in photos?
We do everything we can to accurately represent the products we carry. Products are photographed in natural light or lighting equipment that simulates natural light. We do not use Photoshop or other photo enhancing software to manipulate colours. Unfortunately, all of these steps still do not 100% guarantee that the color you see on your monitor is accurate as each monitor shows colour differently. If you have questions about colour, please feel free to call for clarification.

How much is shipping?
We use Australia Post postage in Australia. We register each package to ensure we have a tracking number to pass onto you. Internationally, however, we use DHL. Again, by using DHL we can ensure your purchases are tracked and are delivered to you in the quickest possible manner. Please see our shipping page for more details.

We know choosing the perfect colour yarn for your project can be difficult - does the colour match what's on the screen? What does the yarn feel like?
So that's why we are happy to post you a sample yarn card with up to 5 yarn choices - all for only $3!
At Yarn + Co we want to make sure our customers are one hundred percent happy with their yarn purchase for that special project.
When you've checked out this product, we will contact you directly via email or phone to find out your five yarn sample choices and post it out that day.
